The meanings of some key terms used in these conditions are clarified below:

• "Platform" or "Site": The ywkk website and all services provided under it.
• "Member" or "User": A person who has created an account on ywkk and is using the platform.
• "Account": A member's own personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus": A special benefit or credit given to a member by the platform, usable subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement": The minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳": Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

In these terms, the use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

The following conditions must be met to register and participate on the ywkk platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must reside or be located in an area where there are no legal restrictions prohibiting access to online gaming services.
• Participation on the platform must be entirely voluntary and for personal entertainment.
• A person may create only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided in the account must be true, accurate, and up to date.

ywkk may request an ID card or other documents for age verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on ywkk, you must provide accurate personal information, an active mobile number, and a secure password. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered as having been done by you. If your account is used by an unauthorized third party, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

ywkk reserves the right to verify identity before processing any deposit or withdrawal request. This process may include verification of a national ID card, passport, or mobile banking details.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the ywkk platform is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

Deposited funds are generally processed quickly. Contact support for any delays.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. The same method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Funds from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• ywkk reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited. All transactions must come from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ywkk offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To be eligible to withdraw a bonus, you must complete bets of 15 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used on games available on the ywkk platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonus claims cannot be made on multiple accounts from the same household or device.

ywkk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

ywkk's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. Cashback is calculated each week and credited to the account subject to the applicable conditions. VIP benefits are personal in nature and are not transferable.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkk platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Creating or using an account with a false identity or false information.
• Using the bonus system to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to control game outcomes using automated software, bots, or other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's security systems.
• Disturbing, threatening, or harassing other members.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

Violating any of these terms will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

8.1 Service Continuity

ywkk always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. ywkk will not be held responsible for such situations.

8.2 Game Changes

ywkk reserves the right to change, add, or remove games, services, or features available on the platform. Specific games may be removed without prior notice due to changes in game provider terms.

8.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software issue results in an abnormal game outcome or payout, ywkk reserves the right to cancel that transaction. In such situations, the member concerned will be notified as far as reasonably possible.

ywkk treats the privacy of members' personal data with the highest importance. Information you provide on the platform will be used only for the purposes of service delivery, verification, and security. It will not be sold to third parties or used for unrelated purposes.

ywkk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. This includes:

• Betting within your means and never playing with borrowed money or funds you cannot afford to lose.

• Not playing when feeling stressed, sad, or angry.

11.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

11.2 Account Suspension or Closure by ywkk

ywkk may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of any of these terms is detected.
• If false or fraudulent information is found in the details provided.
• If a member does not cooperate with the verification process.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

Dispute resolution process:

• First, report the issue via live chat.

• The maximum time limit for raising a dispute is 30 days from the date of the incident.
• ywkk's decision will be considered final and binding.

ywkk operates a safe and reliable platform and ensures fair play. However, ywkk is not liable for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection disruption.
• Losses caused by third-party technical failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account where the member has been negligent with their security information.
• Financial losses resulting from personal decisions.

Gaming outcomes are entirely chance-based. No one can guarantee a specific game result.

ywkk reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore encouraged to check this page regularly.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through mutual discussion. ywkk always operates in a fair and transparent manner and follows a policy of honesty in resolving all disputes.
